Hello,
I have several machines in my environment(Proliant 3000 in this case) that are getting the above stated error reported in Insight Manager 7. We are also getting the (An Unrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occurred) message in conjunction with this error.
Any suggestions?

Solution
Check your memory first. If you're running the insight agents, make sure that you're not logging memory errors. Otherwise, hardware diags.
