Blue Screen Trap on BL10e G2

We have several blade servers, that reboots by themselves

one of them gave

Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC000001D, 0x80067B3E, 0x00000000, 0x00000000))

just before it rebooted.

the other one didn't record anything, I did find this log entry a month ago

Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000000, 0x000000FF, 0x00000000, 0x00000000))

both are on foundation pack 6.40

what could be wrong

Hi James Chen,

Could you try to update the Server BIOS/FIRWARE and Ilo firware up to date of the Site and OS Service pack need to be update.
