First of all - what server, what generation
what windows version
what is the PSP installed, are all firmware versions up to date
The screenshot cannot be displayed (internal error shown)
Do you have the possibility to give also smalldumps?
You can try updating Firmware and proliant Support pack as a first step...

0x000000C2 - BAD_POOL_CALLER
Parameter 1 = 0x7 : Attempt to free pool which was already freed
Parameter 2 = Reserved (__LINE__)
Parameter 3 = Pointer to pool header
Parameter 4 = 0
This would require a dump analysis to see what driver is doing that.
IML shows that you get this same trap since at least November 21, and only the last parameter changes.
Also check this KB article, because there's a fix for a STOP code with just those parameters.
