Blue Screen URGENT

Hi,

the cluster boots and I have went through installing the SmartStart software which asks me which OS I want to install. I select Windows 2000 Advanced Server and the server starts the installation but gets as far as Setup is starting Windows 2000 then we get a blue screen saying INACESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE. Then I tried to install direct from the Windows 2000 CD adding the SCSI driver from the Internet but when it gets to Setup is starting Windows 2000 we get a message saying it cant find the drive?

Any ideas?

What product are you using?

Are you doing and SmartStart Assisted Integration or Manual setup process?

We recommend using the SmartStart Assisted Integration method to ensure the correct drivers are being loaded for the boot device.

If you are doing a Manual installation method then you need to find the boot device driver and Press F6 (when booting the Windows 2000 Adv Srv CD) to load this driver in order to see your hard drives.
