Blue screen after add second CPU.
1600R, 128MB, Smart array 3200 with Raid5, instaling from SmartStart 5.10.
All was OK but at the first NT booting it's halted and shows "blue screen".
I remove one of the CPU, now booting process continue succesfully.
I need two CPU, I have no idea how can I solve, please help me if You can.
I upgraded RomPaq, now it's (P08) 11/08/2000, problem still occure.
Best regards,
Tomasz

Re: Blue screen after add second CPU.
firstly part of the problem is the version of smartstart you are using..it is WAY too new for the server you have. It does not have support for the proliant 1000. that may be the whole issue...however also verify that the processor with the higher stepping is in slot one AND that both processors have the same cache size..you can mix processors of different Mhz but not of different cache size
