Blue screen (not of death)

ML330e server's display is a dark blue. Seens to not be painting in the red sepecturm. Even though I've changed the video card the results are the same. This blue display appearance (not the monitor as it is used to switch between 3 other servers also and is OK) is prevalent even in the bios display.
Any ideas, or could this be the start of a board failure?
