Bluescreen Issue

I have 4 8500's that are Lotus Domino servers in our environment. They have EMC disk and back up to tape silos via SyncSort/Backup express. Lately these boxes have been failing during backup with a bluescreen code of 0x00000024, 0x0019025e, 0xbed2deeo, 0xbed2db38, 0x8041a864. Last number is always the same. We have the same software and light pulse card setup on other Compaq boxes without a problem. The bluescreen occurs during backup when the boxes are under the least amount of load. Microsoft has not been very helpful with their interpretation of the problem. We have narrowed it down to the 8500 model. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I could only suggest at this time the firware update (bios) and the driver update for the embedded controller (CSP; Compaq support pack) available on Compaq site: http://www.compaq.com/support/files/server/us/index.html. Hope this will help.
