Bluescreen installing PSP 7.30

Hi,

On installing PSP 7.30 on a ProLiant DL380 G3 (Server 2000, SP3), we get a bluescreen (stop error c000012f) in the ilo management driver cpqcidrv.sys. Disabling the "device" renders the server bootable again. The server is only used for filesharing/printing, no applications apart from arcserve & mcafee installed.

Is there a known problem in this configuration? How can I resolve this?

I have installed IM 7.30 on similar systems with no problem. You could update the system BIOS aka ROMpaq, the RAID controller firmware and the iLO firmware. The current version of iLO firmware is 1.75.
