Boot Disk Failure

I have a HP Proliant DL185 G5 server which loads windows 2003 server, today i installed norton ghost 2003 to take the backup image of the server, the srver restarts to create the backup file, but after the restart i got the error boot disk failure, i checked the bios settings also, harddisk in the first boot device. pls tell me any solution to fix it.
