Boot Errors

Here are two error messages that I have been receiving upon bootup. The process freezes during these two errors.

First I was getting this message: ERROR: BAD BASE IMAGE CODE.

This error occured a few times but I could boot to NT if I tried enough times.

Now, I am getting this message: BOOTWARE MODULE NOT FOUND.

I have not been able to boot to NT since this started showing up. Any ideas what to look for?

What hardware do you have installed in this system? This sounds like an error from a NIC or other such card...
