Boot Order (IPL)

Good day,

Looking for utilities (scripts) to change the boot order of an ML370 from inside Windows 2003. We really want to avoid going through RBSU that is password protected. Is there a way with ILO ?

Is there a way, remotely to find out if a server has an RBSU Password set ?
