Boot error (overheatedcondition) URGENT !!!!
when I'm rebooting the server (DL380 NT4 and SP6a) , at startup I have an error message " overheated conditon detected " and I have to press F1 to continue.
is anybody can help me, the problem is that I want to schedule an auto-reboot and with this message the server can not start preperly.. many thanks in advance

Re: Boot error (overheatedcondition) URGENT !!!!
you most likely have a heat issue in the server..check the following:
1) is the environment the server is in cool?
2) are all the fans in the system spinning?
3)are you running the system with the casing off? if so replace casing as heat flow is measured and designed with casing on
4) run diags..report any errors to compaq
5) clear your NVRAM it could be an old message stuck in a loop
if none of the above help you could have a faulty thermal sensor on the system board
