Boot in Normal Mode!!!

While the server was in normal mode, I went into msconfig and changed the boot.ini to boot the server in safe mode because I had to remove some spyware. I restarted the server and it booted in safe mode, but I cannot recall the admin password and therefore I cannot log on via safe mode. The server is now looped to boot in safe mode. How can I boot in normal mode? F8 doesn't work. I need to know how I can boot the server in normal mood. Please help!

I found out how to boot in normal mode by pressing F8 right after the POST, but because I changed the boot.ini to boot the server in safe mode, it still loops to boot in safe mode only. As I mentioned, I do not know the local admin user account in order to log on via safe mode. Therefore there's nothing I can do.

Please help?
