I can't get it to stay on long enough to make BIOS adjustments. Resetting to default BIOS was no help.
Any ideas where to start?

SolutionI would first try to see where it stops, if it's always at the same time, then try to run it with as little DIMMs as possible, as few CPUs and no extra PCI devices.

Re: Boot issues ML350 G1
Ive tried removing devices one-by-one, drives, feature board, memory, all to no avail.
It does have two CPU's, so I'll try that.
Its a crapshoot... Sometimes it gets to BIOS, and in the middle of attempting adjustment it shuts down again. I'm trying to turn off thermal shutdown, but can't get that far. Seems that the warmer it is, the quicker it shuts down. It gets past initializing the SCSI drives, and usually after the "SCSI BIOS not installed!" prompt it reboots.
I'll keep trying.

Re: Boot issues ML350 G1
Hell, the Smart Array controller, memory, and 4 drives were worth that...
Thanks again.
