Boot on CDRom drive

I have 2 DL360 with the same pb.
When trying to boot on smartstart v4.90 and select w2k AS installation (or another one) the server doesn't boot correctly on the CDRom drive. One time, it tells me "IO error ...", another time "no boot device ..."
Repeats frequently along the smartstart installation and sometimes dont boot at all.

Please check your rom version. If it isn't dated 4/2/01, then upgrade using SP17274 from http://www.compaq.com/support/files/server/us/download/9904.html.

If you have a Teac slim line CD-ROM drive, you'll want to apply SP14377, which will upgrade the CD-ROM firmware. SP14377 can be found at http://www.compaq.com/support/files/server/us/download/9026.html.
