I have Proliant DL380 G2 server.
After booting server with HP firmware upgrade cd,software offered me to upgrade system BIOS,controler and hdd bios.
Upgrade statred and after maybe minute or two error has occured.
System bios have upgraded ok ,but other two not.
After that server wont boot, stucks in Windows 2000 logo.
Any suggestions?

Re: Boot problem
Boot from older HP firmware-CD, select custom from the left bar and after that, on the right side should be someting like "allow downgrade".
BTW. I onces upgraded RAID-controller and HDD firmwares at the same time. Result was that no RAID info was found from the controller nor the disks. After 10 hours of fighting we found a software that restored the RAID-info.
