Boot with DOS diskette on Raid LC2
I'm trying to boot from a dos/win98 boot floppy on an ML350 with a Raid LC2 disk controller.
I've tried to use device=smrtscsi.sys in the config.sys but then I get an error about EISA nonvolatile memory invalid.
device=fws2aspi.sys cannot find any controller
Am I using the wrong driver.
Can anybody tell me what *.sys drivers I should use and how they should be configured in the config.sys
Thanx

Re: Boot with DOS diskette on Raid LC2
The driver for the LC2 controller is CPQARRY2.SYS.
I am not sure if this will work. There seems to be no support for DOS on the LC2 controller.

We are here for a good time, not a long time!

Re: Boot with DOS diskette on Raid LC2
I would like to know as well. I have a ML530 G2 machine with redundant memory and I am trying to load the fws2aspi.sys driver and get the same nonvolatile memory error. It appears that the redundant memory does not like how we are loading the devices into memory. Any Ideas??
