Booting and NETRaid controller?

Hello,
I'm new to HP servers and got some questions.

Is it possible to get an "older" HP NETRAID D9443 controller to work in a ML 350 G3?

If not, what are the models that i can use?
Is it possible to boot from the onboard SCSI controller?

At this moment I can't get it to work....
I'll want to use Windows 2000 or 2003 Server.

Honestly, I dont know if that NETRAID will work on a G3 server. I have not used them; Chances are.. they will not.

For Controllers for ML350 G3,

Yes, You can boot from the SCSI controller; Provided you have set the boot controller order & the Boot device order correct in the RBSU.
