Booting of Single SCSI Drive in 3 Disk Array

I am working with a ProLiant ML350 with 3 SCSI drives. I am wondering if it is possible to boot off one single SCSI drive (loaded with OS), Then use the 2 other drives mirrored using RAID 1 for data? If so any advice would be appreciated.

Of course it is possible. If you are using RAID controller you need to create RAID-0 Array A using one drive, and a logical drive on that array, and create RAID-1 Array B using 2 drives and a logical drive on the second array.
If you are not using RAID controller, you will have to create RAID-1 under operating system (if the system provides such support)
