Bootproblem DL380G2

After patching our W2K-server with securitypatches from MS, the server doesn´t find any disks in the array. It tries to boot in all ways but can´t find any bootdisk.
In smartstart the arraycard displays if I choose to mark the "Show all devices" square, but no disks are presented. We did get about the same problem recently on a DL560 or 580 and never got any answer to fix i
