Bug check 0x0000008e

I have DL380 G3 that recently has been rebooting itself with the following errors:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000008e (0x80000003, 0x804df1c0, 0xf7752ba4, 0x00000000)

Has anyone experienced this bug check?

I upgraded to foundation pack 7.20a recently.

Hi,
1st: try psp version 7.30, 7.20 seemed to be buggy.
2nd: Try windbg to analyze the bluescreen (memory.dmp) http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/default.mspx
3rd: try to install SP1 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;840216

Same issue here,

Sollution that worked for me.

Deinstall the hp agents 7.20

Installing "the HP Insight Management Agents for Windows 2000/Server 2003" solved my problem.
