Has anybody seen this bugcheck before?

I have a Proliant DL360 G2 with the version 7.0 management agents installed (WIN2K server).

Hi,
What happens after the blue screen error? You cant load the OS? I would perform a NMI dump/reset using the NMI switch on the motherboard first to see if this resolves the problem.
Other obvious ones would be to check if any new incompatible hardware or software that you have installed is causing this error.

I have same problem with new server but hp support changed mother board immediatly because it's hardware problem.
