Bugcheck 0x0000008E

My issue is similar to the May 9 post with the same title, however my system does not load completely; I get the Windows Server 2003 splash screen with progress meter for about 15 seconds then lose video. The IML indicates the referenced Bugcheck.

Any help is appreciated
