Bugcheck, Stop: 0x0000009C on Proliant DL380 G3 after installation of second processor

Our server works fine, but after replacement of ONE old processor with TWO new processors (old seems overloaded) it often reboots,especially during peak load.
HP Systems Manager reports the following errors:
1. ASR Detected by System ROM.
2. An Unrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occured
3. Blue Screen Tap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000009C(0x00000000, 0x8056C780, 0xA2000000, 0x8C010400))

Upgrading to fresh BIOS does not help to solve problem. Does anybody has the same problem and has solutioun for that?

You first have to add support for second processor in Windows (remove one processor to do this).

or if you have w2k and up you have to change driver (HAL) in properties of "My computer".

Sorry I didn't mentioned operating system... We are using Windows 2003 STD and I think that we don't need to modify OS settings before or after adding second processor.
