C Drive out of space
I have a proliant server DL160-g5 with two 146 mirrored drives Raid 1+0 and dynamic c and d partitions. How do I break the mirror convert the dynamic disks to basic so I can resize the partitions and re-mirror the drives, all without losing the data

Re: C Drive out of space
Hello Ron,
you can't convert dynamic to basic disks. This is not possible. So you have to backup the data, rebuild the array and partitions and restore you system. Or you resize partitions with a utility like "Partition Magic" or anything else.
btw: W2K8 can resize disks online.
Best regards,
Patrick
