CIM 5.50 and bogus alerts??

I'm running CIM 5.50 on a Proliant 6500 running Novell Netware 5.10. CIM is reporting a problem with the Redundant Power Supply (Redundant Power Supply Not Found) and sends alerts every 1 hour or so. However all appears to be okay physically with the power supplies, i.e both lights are on and CIM shows both green. Has anyone seen this before? What is causing it and how can it be corrected?
