CIM from latest Offline Bundle for VMware 5.1 still broken
Hi.
We found that the CIM Providers from latest offline bundle for ESXi 5.1 are still broken (hp-esxi5.1uX-bundle-2.3-20).
Changes for Ethernet Port status (duplex / speed) are not reflected when you query them via WBEM whereas they are shown correcly in VSpehre Client.
The good news is that at least the same bug included in AMS for ESXi when you query ILO via SNMP has been fixed in latest release from what is stated in revision history and from what we could confirm by our lab tests here.
Come on HP we are highly dependant that monitoring information we receive from our customer systems are correct so please fix that annoying bug.
Thanks.
Regards.
