CL380 and DLT - Not Recognized

I had my DLT7000 die and replaced it but now I cannot get the system to recognize it. The unit POSTS properly but nothing will make it activate. Drivers don't load due to error 31. We do not have original documentation and due to the many different versions of this product, I am unable to determine if I'm missing something or even if the SCSI bus is active (The RAID5 works fine) but I'm not sure this is on the same SCSI controller etc.

ANy help is much appreciated.
