Downloaded and installed cp003723.exe from the web site as suggested. Rebooted twice and still am getting the same error. Any other thoughts?

What kind of configuration do you have? Which OS do you have installed? Which array controller do you have installed? If it's Windows 2000, this could apply:

This is the Drive Array Event Notifier driver for the 2nd and 3rd gen controllers (2P, 2DH, 3200, 4200, etc.) and is not used with a 5300 or 6400 controller.

I'm not exactly sure what is running/installed in this situation.
I just inherited this project and of course, I didn't set it up. I know there are 2 clusters that each have 2 machines only. Both machines and both clusters are tied to an EMC through Fibre Channels. I am being told that we are NOT using SecurePath. I took a screenshot of the device manager and attached it for your viewing. It is exactly the same on all 4 machines. It looks to me like for some reason one of the NIC's has been disabled and a splat is showing up for one of the controllers. It also looks like the Smart Array controller is a 5300. I apologize for not knowing more but when you get this kind of stuff dropped in your lap without notice, well.....
Also, I have never been privy to ever setting up a MS Cluster. I sure hope this helps. Thanks in advance and also for the thoughts so far.

Is this Windows 2000? If the internal server storage is using the 5300, then you should be able go to add/remove hardware, select the option to uninstall a device and remove the drive array event notifier.

Yes it is running Windows 2000 Advance Server. I am not sure that the device shown is the issue. I have since been told by the previous owner that that particular device is just the second port on a 2 port NIC.

Look at the screen shot you attached. In the lower part of it you have the Compaq Drive Array Event Notification listed. This is CPQDAEN (Compaq Drive Array Event Notification).
