Re: CPQPHP Error on ML570
In ML570 if errors relating to CPQPHP come up in event logs its due to the server is attempting to hibernate, the PCI Hot plug filter driver actually prevents this from happening , to resolve this just cold boot the server and there is no need to update the drivers.

Re: CPQPHP Error on ML570
If this is a G1 then the only pci hotplug slots out of the slots indicated are slots 5 and 6. 7 and 8 are not hotplug. 7 is 32bit, 33mhz and slot 8 is a proprietary type slot for the standard peripheral board. If this is a G2, then the slots are going to be different, but the same issue still applies.

Re: CPQPHP Error on ML570
You might not find survey.txt - not a part of 2003 and PSP 7.x
HP Online Diagnostic Report for windows
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/22903.html
Verify if you can enable disable Hot Plug function for PCI Slot without any crush and see if there any logs
For more and safe action see page 164 ...
