CPQSDM?

What is causing this message in event viewer? And how do we get rid of it?
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
CPQSDM

CPQSDM is used to monitor scsi information. Now there are 2 different ways to remove this error. First go into the Compaq Management Agents Icon in the control panel and under ACTIVE AGENTS find SCSI INORMATION and bring it over to the INACTIVE AGENTS. If that doesn't work then go into DEVICES and look for Compaq SCSI device Monitor and either set it to manual or disable it all together.
This is happening because there's nothing attached to the on-board scsi port or the driver was changed.
