CPQSDM
Server was built with Smartstart 4.9 and management 4.90b, NT4 OS, 3200 array controller and 3 18.2GB drives in raid 5 array. No problems. I then Added at DLT 40/80 external drive to restore data onto new server using the onboard SCSI controller. The DLT drive has now been removed and the insight agents report the CPQSDM error. This has been documented in a previous forum. But how do I get rid of this error. I have removed the management agents and re-installed them, and I'm still getting it. Is there any way to remove this error ?.

Re: CPQSDM
Go into the services applet and stop the Compaq Scsi Device Manager.
