CPU Errors In Event Log

This Error Posts in Event log every couple of weeks-- System has 4
700mhz PIII Xeon's. Did not have this error under NT4. Did a clean install
of W2k, that's when errors started.

The CPUs in this multiprocessor system are not all the same revision level. To use all processors the operating system restricts itself to the features of the least capable processor in the system. Should problems occur with this system, contact the CPU manufacturer to see if this mix of processors is supported.

this is a cut and paste from the event log--- I rebooted server 3 weeks ago, have not seen error since.

Please try to move the processor with the lowest stepping in slot one. Seconed lowest stepping in slot 2...etc....etc.....Use the Survey.txt to determine which processor has what stepping.

here is how they are right now, i will move the processor in slot 4 to slot 2 when i can take server down.
