CPU Spec reporting incorrectly

Motherboard was replaced recently under maintenance and O/S rebuilt. The 4 CPU's now report to the system as 399MHz Xeons, when they are in fact 500MHz Xeons. Are there any settings on the motherboard that need to be changed?
