I have purchased the 600MHz upgrades (153555-b21) to replace the 400MHz unit. I have also purchased the thermal upgrade kit (144003-b22), which btw is no longer being sold. The thermal kit came in WITHOUT a manual, so how do I install it?
I do have a second 1600R 400 machine that I plan to add the pulled cpu to. Is there anything special I need to look for in that?

Re: CPU Upgrade?
I have attached the PDF file for the upgrade.
You shouldn't have any problems. The 600mhz use different Voltage Regulators than the 400's.

We are here for a good time, not a long time!

Re: CPU Upgrade?
Dear Mark cloutier.
I have found your answer in this forum. I have also upgraded My Proliant 3000 with 2
600 Mhz cpus. In your nswer you write about a pdf. file that you have attached, but I would not know how to find it.
If you have the time, pls. be so kind and mail that attachment to sales@lancia.co.za
Thanks you: Felix
