CPU high temperature shutdown

I'm use to run SETI@Home program as stress test for CPU and cooling system. It runs fine on the DL380 (2*1Ghz CPU) but make the ML370 shutdown after a while because CPU temperature get too high. The FANS are running, and the server is in a 15C room with normal humidity condition (same room as the DL380 anyway). Any idea ?
