CQMGSERV.EXE USES OVER 50%

I Have a server where the process cqmgserv.exe is using over 50% of the processor. the version of this file is v8.0.what can I look at.

Why are you linking? He have not said what OS he have installed or what kind of server he has..

I would not use these links.

The reinstall has not helped on this problem. I uninstalled,rebooted the server and reinstalled but no change.

Okay, are you using all the agents? Maybe it could be worth to go to control panel and HP management agents and disable the agents you are not using to see if that solves the problem.
