Can I take drives from one server and put them in another without losing data?

I have a HPE ProLiant DL80 Gen9 Server that is giving an onboard flash SD-card error and F10 is now disabled. I need to add more drives, but the RAID config is not avaialble now. Until I get this sorted, can I configure another DL80 to have the same RAID config (RAID 1), take the 2 drives out of the problem server and put them in the new server without losing data? OS is RedHat 6.7.

THe RAID configuration is stored on each disk.  You should be able to move drives from one server to another wthout data loss. Put the drives in teh same bay positions. Make sure the system you are moving to has the same or newer array firmware.

And as always, whenever working with data, make sure you have a good backup before you start
