Can I use iLO rest API to upgrade firmwares

Hi guys,

I am using iLO Rest API(PYTHON) to get server information back, but I wanna to upgrade each firmwares. do you know how can I do to upgrade firmware automatically. does it has a way to do that? I know HP SUM command line can upgrade them, but how can I remote to control it, and get log info back?

BTW, I am a software engineer, not a hardware engineer. and not familer with HP Server.
