Can not update disk firmware

Hello,

 

I am trying to update the disk firmware at my DL360G6. As of today I downloaded the latest Smart Update Manager and updated all but the DG300xxx model SAS drives. They have fairly old firmware version (HPDC). Smart Update Manager fails to update with a cryptic error such as "C_HWV2 Start:enumarte error".

 

I tried a couple of times with no help.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

could you be more specific about disk you want update (exact PN), and maybe your OS version - probable there is online updater for your disk.
