Can´t Install win2000 server in proliantML110 G3

I try to install Windows 2000 Server using a USB Memory with the SCSI Card Driver, I get to the point where I can do the Partitions, Then The Intall Program do the format of the Hard Disk but when the program try to Check the disk then ask me again for the SCSI driver and at that point The server can't read (apparently) the USB Memory any more, it Keep me in the blue screen waiting for the SCSI Driver in the Unit A (which is the USB Memory)

Can you chck with a USB loppy drive infact.
Secondly the Pen drive is USB 1 /2

Ok, I can do that, I gonna get a USB floppy and try it. The USB Memory I'm using is USB 2.0 Kinston 512MB.

Some friend told me to try with the Automatic Windows 2000 Installation, I'm doing that right now, hope get lucky.

Thank you for your help, I use nLite and create a Windows 2000 Installation CD and works fine, thank you for your time and help.
