Can't boot DL380G4 over iLO from diskette in workstation

I can't do it, but can on three other units...

I've checked the standard boot order, the boot controller order, the boot diskette protection; they're all fine.

Any ideas please?? I need to use the iLO because the server's out of town.

Are you sure advanced features have been activated on that particular iLO chip?

You may already have checked but may be worth rechecking the below things:

.May check the Floppy to boot the workstation to confirm that it is bootable and the drive on the workstation is working
.Ensure the Floppy drive is selected and connected under Virtual Media on the ilo Web page
.Else may try and use the Floppy Image instead of the Floppy itself

tried to boot from floppy image - it just skipped it
tried to boot from cd image - again, it skipped it

next to try: boot from physical CD....

What is the firmware version of the ILO.

Another thing to look for is
USB should be enabled in the Server RBSU and the BIOS should be updated

What is the firmware version on the servers where it is working.

All 4 units are iLO f/w 1.82
