Can't boot from CD-ROM drive
Hello there,
I think I must be going mad. If there is a logical drive set up on the raid controller, I don't get the F9 to enter ROM setup. Also, it will not boot from the CD drive, but goes straight to the PXE boot. If there isn't a logical drive set up on the raid controller, I do get the message to press F9, and it will oot from CD. I've checked the BIOS settings and the first boot device is the CD-ROM drive. At the moment I can't even get an operating system installed, as it won't boot from CD.
Am I doing something really silly, or is this server just out to get me?
Terry
