Can't create the SYS Volumen

I have load the drivers for the SCSI Controler and disk drive, I can make the DOS partition and the Netware Partition, but when I goin to create the SYS Volumen the instalation program, tell me that it can't create SYS Volumen. What I have to do?
A lot of thanks if you can help me.

I had a similar problem, try loading the SCSi driver ADPT160.

What is the exact error message ?
What controller are you using ?
What drivers are you loading ?
