Can't enable NC7781 NIC

I have a DL380 G3 running Win 2003 Std and the server has two onboard NC7781 NICs. For some reason the NIC's have become disabled. I have downloaded and installed the latest driver (10.24.0.0) and each time I attempt to enable the NIC's the system states that Windows was not able to enable the device. I've looked everywhere but can't find any cause and effect.

Should I uninstall the NIC's and let Windows Plug and Pray reinstall them? This has been quite frustrating.

Thanks,

Thanks Ryan. I actually tried the plug and pray method and the NICs came back online. Not sure why they wouldn't enable but they are working fine now.
