Can't install Windows 2000 server by SmartStart 6.40 on DL380 G3

After copying files Windows 2000 Server on hard disk in text mode (blue screen Windows 2000 Server Setup), server rebooting and begin prccess Setup windows 2000. At moment when system ask driver for controllers (when need press F6), on screen appear:

"IDE CD-ROM (ATAPI 1.2)/PCI IDE Controller"
not exist in unnattended script file in section [SCSI] at INF-file txtsetup.sif.
Install continue is impossible. Press any key for exit.

Hello Gurov,
Did you set up your boot controller order before proceeding for the OS installation?? You need to press F9 during POST and then set the BOOT CONTROLLER order to the one where the Hard drives are connected. Please let me know how you make out.

Also make sure you set the operating system type to Windows, I have a customer who performed a Smartstart 6.40 install and the server would not boot Windows sucessfully until this was set. 6.40 does not appear to set this variable in the BIOS.

i have the same problem, do i have to modify
txtsetup.sif file on drive c: using windows rescue mode?? update bios or install win2003 directly by booting windows CD and instaling patches after that.

PLEASE help.
Does anybody know a solution to this issue?
This error happens with SmartStart 7.10, controller order is set to the RAID controller. OS is set to Windows 2000/2003.
I don't know what else I can do.

Boot from Win 2000 Cd and for 5 generation Array controller use Driver â use F6 for Manual Install OS
Make sure memory less than 2Gb at time of Installation (you can add after)

Try to Update FW for 5i Controller close to latest
