Can't install Windows 2k3 or run the firmware maintenance 7.91

Hi guys,

I'm trying to insalled Windows Server 2k3 ee x86 or Windows 2k8 on HP DL 380 G3. The cd seems to work fine but the system is freezed after loading all files. After starting windows, the workstation has no reponse even the keyboard has no response at all. I also run the firmware maintenance 7.9 CD but the system is freezed after completing 100% download of all files from CD.
I try to install BSD and there is no problem on this software.
Is there anyone can tell me what 's going on, what cause it is and how to fix this problem?

Pls install oS with smart start cd which comes with the server.

I don't have the original SmartStart cd. So what should I do? THe process is always freezed after "Windows is starting up". There is nothing happened after that.

When you mention that you ran the maintenance CD, did it freeze at 100%, or are you talking about the Windows install?
