Can't restore some file when replace 1 disk on raid 5

Physical drive 3 have 10 harddisk and config at raid 5 , Harddisk Box 6 and raid backup battery has fail I change new Harddisk and backup battery rebuild process is run to finish but some data and some folder can't access and copy, I see on physical drive status have use 850 GB but when I select all file in drive and see at properties it show at 85 GB,how can I fix it.

I see that LV 3 was in a rebuilding status when this was posted.

However given the symptoms you describe (which definitely seems abnormal)  I suggest you open a case with HP Support if you have not done so already.
