Cannot Install HP System Management Agents On Ml350p G8 Running Windows 2016 Standard

Hi,

We have just wiped and installed Windows 2016 Standard on a Proliant ML350p G8 Server.

We have put all the drivers on to our knowledge but we cannot get the System Management Agents to install.

The installation fails with the following.

We have installed the SNMP service and have also installed the Ilo 3/4 Chanel Interface Driver For 2016 V3.30.0.0.

Are we missing another driver ?

Hi Andrew,

You have not mentioned which version is installed currently. Please try installing the previous version to 10.90.0. 0 and check if you are able to install. There could be some dependency issues.

Hi.

I have managed to resolve the issue.

I was missing the HP ProLiant iLO 3/4 Management Controller Driver Package.

As soon as I installed this I could then install the agents.
