Cannot Load Insight Agents, Reports old Agents

I've tried numerous times to install Insight Agents on a NT 4.0 server. I've had no issues with our other servers, but this one refuses to load. Initially I could find NO previous insight agents loaded.

Compaq Helpdesk suggested attempting to use one of the previous versions and running an uninstall. This didn't work either, and now I have an older version of the insight agents that won't uninstall. This is a PDC, DHCP, WIN, DNS primary server for a 600 client domain.

Is there any way to manually remove the insight agents? And what is the installer looking for that would cause it to report that there is a "previous version installed".

There is a cleanup utility that can be ran on Server in NT 4.0 to remove all references to Insight Agents and in the registry. Before running this utility, make sure that you have a backup of your registry. E-mail Compaq in the Call Center to receive a copy of this utility.
